Save 2% on Most Invoices with our Prompt Pay Discount!

Just pay your eligible invoice within 10 days and you will automatically save 2%, or $.05 a gallon for cardlock purchases

  • We offer a 2% discount on pre-tax invoice totals for all eligible invoices when the payment is received within 10 days of the invoice.

  • Delivery Invoices- Bulk fuel purchases delivered by bobtail delivery truck.

    Service Invoices- Service or repair work completed by company technicians.

    Product purchases made over the counter at company locations. You must have an account with Ed Staub & Sons to receive the discount on over the counter sales.

    Cardlock fuel purchases made at company owned cardlock sites. The prompt pay discount for cardlock purchases is $0.05 a gallon (in place of 2%).

    Purchases made at non company owned fueling sites are not eligible for the Prompt Pay discount. If you are using your card at retail locations outside of the Fuel Commander, Pacific Pride, or CFN Networks, there may be an additional charge per gallon.

    Truck and Trailer -truck and trailer deliveries are priced with the 2% discount built in if paid within 10 days of invoice. If not paid within 10 days the built in 2% discount is added back to the invoice total.

  • To be eligible for the Prompt Pay discount, payments must be made in US dollars by one of the following methods:

    Cash, Check or Money Order

    Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through your financial institution’s online bill pay.

    Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) setup through Ed Staub & Sons billing department (processed on the 10th & 25th of each month)

    Credit or Debit card payments are not eligible for the Prompt Pay discount

  • We accept credit and debit cards for payment but credit and debit card payments are not eligible for the Prompt Pay discount.

  • Yes! We greatly appreciate prepayments to accounts and will ensure that your account receives the 2% discount on all transactions.

  • If you pay your eligible invoice within 10 days we will automatically issue the 2% discount. It’s that easy!
